Cristiana Rodrigues is a professional bodybuilding athlete with over 10 years of competitive experience, standing out for her consistency, resilience, and continuous evolution throughout her career.

She began her competitive journey in 2015, initially competing in the Body Fitness category under the IFBB federation, which at the time was the main reference in competitive bodybuilding.

Throughout her amateur career, she took part in several national competitions, achieving notable results. In December 2019, she was crowned National Champion in the WABBA federation, solidifying her name on the national competitive stage.

After a short forced break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cristiana returned to the stage in 2022, a year that marked a decisive moment in her career. That same year, she transitioned from the IFBB federation to the NPC, beginning a new competitive phase. In November 2022, she achieved one of the biggest goals of her career by earning her Pro Card, officially becoming a professional athlete.

Currently, Cristiana Rodrigues competes as a professional athlete in the Figure category, a division that demands an athletic aesthetic characterized by wide backs, well-developed shoulders, a defined waist, and a harmonious V-shaped silhouette, reflecting symmetry, strength, and muscular elegance.
