Elin Sellgren

Background and Career

• Early Life & Education: Elin grew up in Örnsköldsvik and moved to Umeå for three years to study and become a dietitian. She is a certified dietitian and also works as an online coach for training and nutrition.
• Athletic History: Sports have always been a significant part of her life; she played soccer for many years before transitioning her focus entirely to weight training around the age of 20.
• Professional Debut: Elin earned her IFBB Pro card in October 2021 by winning the NPC Worldwide Better Bodies Challenge.
• Training Philosophy: She enjoys training hard in the gym without a strict schedule, focusing simply on maximum effort each time she works out.
• Recent Competitions: As a professional athlete, she has competed in several IFBB Pro events, including the 2024 IFBB Hungary Pro and the 2024 IFBB Everest Muscle Fest Poland Pro.
