IFBB PRO Women's Physique
AustraliaLidia Dichiera is an Australian IFBB Pro athlete who competes in the Women’s Physique division. She earned her professional status in October 2023 after winning the Women’s Physique Open title at the NPC Worldwide Australian National Championships.
Career Highlights
After turning pro, Lidia spent two years in a “build phase” to prepare for her pro debut.
- Pro Debut: She competed in her first IFBB Pro League show at the 2025 Romania Muscle Fest Pro on 9 November 2025, where she secured an amazing Top 4 place finish in the Women’s Physique division
Lidia is currently preparing for the 2026 season.
