USAMayLa Ash is an IFBB Pro League athlete who competes in the Women’s Bodybuilding division. Originally a competitor in the Women’s Physique and Figure divisions, she successfully transitioned to Women’s Bodybuilding and won her debut show at the 2020 New York Pro.
Career & Achievements
Pro Debut Win: Won the 2020 IFBB New York Pro in Women’s Bodybuilding.
Olympian Status: She is a multi-time Olympian, having competed in at least seven Olympia competitions across different categories.
Divisional Shift: She moved from Figure to Women’s Physique, and finally to Women’s Bodybuilding after being told she was “too big” for the Physique division.
