Megan Sylvester-Cielen is a British IFBB Pro Figure competitor and a former Great Britain Olympic diver. She is also a successful online coach and co-owns a coaching business with her husband, Kuba Cielen.
Career Background
Diving: Sylvester-Cielen competed in elite-level diving for 15 years, representing Great Britain globally. Her top achievements included becoming a European Champion and placing 6th in the World Championships.
Bodybuilding: After retiring from diving, she transitioned to bodybuilding, first competing in the bikini class where she earned her Pro Card in two years. She later moved to the Figure category, achieving multiple pro show wins and placing 15th in her first Mr. Olympia competition in 2024.
Coaching: Alongside her competitive career, she became a full-time online coach, leveraging her extensive experience in elite sports to help others with lifestyle changes and competitive goals.
