Missy Truscott

Missy Truscott, known as “The Apex Predator,” is a Canadian-American IFBB Pro athlete and a dominant force in the Fitness division, having won the Fitness Olympia title three times (2020, 2022, 2024).

Early Life and Career

Background: Originally from northern Ontario, Canada, Truscott was a competitive gymnast from age 6 to 15 before transitioning to cheerleading.
Education: She studied Police Foundations in college with the intent of becoming a police officer.
Pro Debut: She earned her IFBB Pro card in 2012 at the Canadian Nationals.

Competitive Highlights

  • Fitness Olympia: A three-time champion (2020, 2022, 2024). In 2023, she suffered a severe knee injury (torn ACL and meniscus) during her routine on the Olympia stage but returned to win the title again in 2024.
  • Arnold Classic: A two-time Arnold Classic Fitness champion (2020, 2021)
  • Division Change: Following her 2024 Olympia victory, Truscott announced a transition to the Figure division for the 2025 season. She successfully qualified for the 2025 Figure Olympia by winning the Tupelo Pro.

Missy is the founder of Team Apex, a coaching platform for aspiring athletes, and maintains sponsorships with major fitness brands such as Axe & Sledge Supplements, Buffbunny Collection, and Hummus Fit.
