Nina Amporful, widely known as Nina Beans, is an IFBB Professional Women’s Bodybuilding athlete and entrepreneur.
Competitive Career
Pro Card Achievement: She earned her IFBB Pro Card at the 2025 NPC North American Championships.
Major Wins: Just weeks prior to turning pro, she achieved a significant victory at the Wings of Strength NPC Atlanta Classic, winning the Open Overall title in Women’s Bodybuilding.
Transformation: Nina’s journey into professional bodybuilding spanned approximately five to eight years. She transitioned from a “cardio bunny” weighing around 150 lbs to a competitive stage weight in the 160–170 lb range.
