Muscle shape and aesthetic lines are highly important; development should appear natural and proportional.

Key areas include shoulders, arms, chest, back, glutes, and legs, each well developed but not extreme.

The goal is muscle that complements femininity, maintaining curves and proportion.

Proper tanning, lighting, and skin tone contribute to how conditioning is perceived on stage.

Balance: Upper body and lower body should blend harmoniously, no dominant or lagging areas.

Proportion: Muscles should relate to each other in a way that’s visually pleasing

Judges consider flowing lines, aesthetic curves, and the overall silhouette from every angle.
