Historic Pioneer: Kristen is the first-ever Jamaican woman to qualify for and represent her nation at the prestigious Ms. Olympia competition, which she did in 2023.
Pro Card Acquisition: She earned her professional status (IFBB Pro card) by placing first in the Figure category at the 2019 IFBB Diamond Cup St. Maarten Championship.
Major Wins: Her significant wins include taking first place in the Figure category at the 2023 IFBB Mr. Big Evolution Pro in Portugal, which secured her Ms. Olympia qualification. She also won the Ms. Olympia Amateur title in 2020.
