IFBB PRO Figure
Yudeska Monart is an IFBB Pro figure athlete from the Netherlands, three-time Dutch Champion, with a 7th-place finish at the World Championships and a 1st-place title at the European Championships. Following these achievements, she turned professional and earned her pro license in 1996, going on to compete in prestigious events such as the Arnold Classic and the New York Pro in the Fitness category.
At the age of 30, she became a mother and stepped away from competition for 26 years.
In 2025, she made her return to the stage at FIBO after more than two decades away, this time competing in the Figure category instead of Fitness. While not yet at her peak condition, this marked the beginning of a determined comeback.
It was during this period that she met her current coach, who has played a key role in elevating her performance to a new level. With renewed focus and discipline, she continues to improve, stronger, more refined, and better prepared than ever before.
Alongside her athletic journey, Yudeska works full-time as an Allround Operator. She also dedicates around 10 hours per week to providing sports massages and teaches Pilates classes on Saturdays. Above all, she takes pride in being a mother.
