Alida Opre

Alida Opre is a Hungarian IFBB Pro League Women’s Bodybuilding athlete. She previously competed professionally in Women’s Physique before moving into Women’s Bodybuilding in 2024.

Alida won the 2024 Romania Alina Popa Classic Pro and went on to compete at the 2024 Olympia. Her 2026 season has included third place at the Toronto Pro Supershow and second place at the Mr. Big Evolution Portugal Pro. She is scheduled to compete at the 2026 Tampa Pro.
