IFBB PRO Women's Bodybuilding
USAAnastasia Rider is an American IFBB Pro League Women’s Bodybuilding athlete and coach. After competing in Figure and Women’s Physique, she moved into Women’s Bodybuilding and earned professional status by winning the heavyweight and overall titles at the 2023 NPC National Championships.
Rider made her professional Women’s Bodybuilding debut at the 2024 Tampa Pro. She added two top-five professional finishes in 2025, placed eighth at the 2026 Toronto Pro Supershow and finished ninth at the 2026 Tampa Pro.
