IFBB PRO Women's Bodybuilding
USAAnastasia Rider is an American IFBB Professional League (IFBB Pro) women’s bodybuilder and coach. She earned her pro card and competes in the women’s bodybuilding division.
Career & Background
Journey to Pro Status: Rider started her competition journey in the figure division and later moved to women’s physique before eventually moving up to women’s bodybuilding, a division she felt she “outgrew” the others for. She won her pro card at a pro qualifier event, the NPC National Championships, in December 2023.

- 3rd place at the prestigious 2025 IFBB Chicago Pro
- 5th place at the 2025 IFBB Europa Pro Championships
- 9th place at the 2024 IFBB Tampa Pro
Coaching & Advocacy: In addition to competing, she is a passionate coach who uses fitness to empower other women.
