Helle Trevino is a Danish-American IFBB Pro female bodybuilder and a two-time winner of the prestigious Rising Phoenix World Championships (2017 and 2019). Known by the nicknames “Beastqueen,” “Danish Dynamite,” and “Quadmachine,” she is a highly ranked and dominant figure in women’s bodybuilding.
