Biography and Career

Early Life & Background: Jozeffa was born in Syria and moved to Sweden as a baby. She was an athletic child and competed as a swimmer, which she credits for her well-developed lats.
Introduction to Bodybuilding: She started working out in a gym at age 14 to get stronger for swimming but quickly developed a passion for training itself. Her initial inspiration for her physique came from admiring large, strong cartoon characters.

Competitive History

She first competed in the figure division when she was 18.
After taking two years off to grow, she switched to the women’s bodybuilding division, a category she had always wanted to enter but initially hesitated to do so.
Her first major victory in women’s bodybuilding was winning the European Championship in Alicante, Spain, in 2021.
