Athletic Background

Track & Field: A lifelong athlete, Sheena was a former Division I scholarship track student-athlete (hurdler and sprinter) at the University of Memphis.
Early Bodybuilding: She began her competitive career in the Figure division before switching to Women’s Physique, where she earned her IFBB Pro Card at the 2012 Junior USA Championships.

Professional Career & Transition

After an eight-year break due to injuries and hip reconstruction surgery, Sheena returned to the stage in 2020. Encouraged by bodybuilding legend Lenda Murray, she transitioned to Women’s Bodybuilding just days before her return show.
