USAJamie Steinhauer is a dual-category IFBB Pro athlete who achieved professional status by winning overall titles in both Women’s Physique and Bodybuilding at the NPC Masters USA.
Known as “Zarr,” her athletic background and career highlights include:
- Professional Debut: She made her IFBB Pro debut at the 2020 Rising Phoenix / Arizona Pro, where she competed in the Women’s Physique division.
- Athletic Background: Before bodybuilding, she was a state and national record-holding powerlifter, a discipline she began in 2015 after being introduced to it by her sister at Westside Barbell.
- Professional Coaching: She is coached by The Producer (Chris Minnes).
- Career & Location: Outside of competition, she is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer based in the Bay Area, California.
