The 2026 season begins and we are just 10 days out from the official kickoff of the 2026 competitive Pro female bodybuilding season, and it’s already looking very exciting!
The season opens with one of the most prestigious events on the calendar: the Triple O Dynasty Pro Show in Mesa, Arizona. This event will feature both the Women’s Bodybuilding and Figure divisions and is already shaping up to be a defining moment early in the year.
What makes this show truly special is the leadership behind it. The event is promoted by two of the most dominant champions in the sport’s history: 6x Ms. Olympia Andrea Shaw, representing Women’s Bodybuilding, and 8x Figure Olympia champion Cyd Gillon, leading the Figure division. Their involvement brings credibility, prestige, and a clear message: female bodybuilding divisions matter!
A Strong Statement for Women’s Bodybuilding
At a time when Women’s Bodybuilding has faced setbacks, including being dropped from several major shows, the Triple O Dynasty Pro arrives as a powerful statement. Not only is the division alive, it’s THRIVING! and the current lineup already reflects that.
We currently have 8 confirmed world-class athletes set to take the stage in Women’s Bodybuilding, making this one of the strongest opening lineups in recent years.
Among them:
- Selyka Givan – the reigning Triple O champion, returning to defend her title
- Barbara Moojen – Brazilian superstar and one of the top favorites going into this show
- Lena Betka – the Ukrainian powerhouse showing major improvements under coach Rafael Zimmermann
- Mayla Ash – Olympian with a consistently elite physique
- Sheena Ohlig – another Olympian bringing size, conditioning, and presence
And this is just the core of an already stacked roster.
