IFBB PRO Women's Physique
CanadaSarah “StrongBow” Bow, MSc., is a Canadian IFBB Pro Bodybuilding athlete competing in the Women’s Physique Division. She earned her IFBB Pro card after capturing 1st place at the 2021 CPA Canadian National Pro Qualifier. Alongside her career as a competitive elite athlete, she has over 12 years of experience as a prominent strength coach, group fitness instructor, and bodybuilding judge.
