JapanChiharu Nakajima is an IFBB Professional bodybuilder from Japan competing in the Women’s Physique division. Professionally coached by legendary Japanese bodybuilder Hidetada Yamagishi, she is widely recognized for making a dramatic career transition from working as a certified nurse to becoming an elite international fitness athlete.
Known for her deeply focused training style, symmetrical lines, and impressive upper-body definition, she has transitioned her athletic base from Japan to the United States with the goal of qualifying for the Olympia stage.
