USACheryl Mears is an American IFBB Professional Women’s Bodybuilder who is widely recognized for her inspirational journey as a cancer and short bowel syndrome survivor. She is noted as the first Olympian to compete with a permanent ileostomy.

Pro Status: Cheryl earned her IFBB Pro card after winning a professional qualification contest.
Masters Olympia: She has competed in the prestigious Masters Olympia contest multiple times, placing 6th in 2023 and Top 10 in 2023 Masters Olympia Tokyo event. She competed again in 2025.
