Professional Career & Achievements
Courteney achieved her lifelong goal of becoming an IFBB Pro by winning the Overall Title in Women’s Physique at the 2025 NPC National Championships. Her victory followed an intensive two-year period of development where she significantly improved her muscularity and conditioning
Recent Success: Prior to her national win, she was the Women’s Physique Overall Champion at local/regional events leading up to the 2025 season.
Athletic Background: Before bodybuilding, she was active in sports such as volleyball.
Training & Coaching
Courteney is coached by Daniel Fabode of Fabode Fitness, who has guided her for the last two years of her competitive journey. She is also supported by her partner and her training philosophy emphasizes consistency, sacrifice, and the belief that the “work is never done” despite reaching professional status.
Future Goals
Following her 2025 win, Courteney has expressed plans to continue her development to remain competitive at the professional level, with her sights set on the 2027 competitive season. She has also discussed expanding her presence through a potential YouTube channel to document her journey as a pro.
