Sandra Amaro

Sandra Amaro is an American IFBB Pro League athlete who competes in Women’s Physique. She earned professional status at the 2024 NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals after winning her Women’s Physique classes in both the Masters 35+ and Masters 40+ categories.

Amaro quickly established herself at professional level, recording multiple top-three finishes during the 2025 season and winning the Masters 40+ Women’s Physique title at the Pro Masters World Championships.
