Sandra Amaro

Sandra Amaro is an American IFBB Pro League Women’s Physique athlete. She earned professional status at the 2024 NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters National Championships after winning her Women’s Physique classes in both the Masters 35+ and Masters 40+ categories.

Amaro quickly established herself at professional level, recording multiple top-three finishes during the 2025 season, winning the Masters 40+ title at the Pro Masters World Championships, and placing ninth at the 2026 Lenda Murray Atlanta Pro Supershow.
