- Early Life & Inspiration: Born November 1996 in Kent, Bradley grew up heavily involved in competitive athletics, football, and rugby. Her initial spark for bodybuilding was deeply personal: her mother, Deborah, was an amateur bodybuilder. Following her mother’s sudden passing when Sara was just 10 years old, weight training became an emotional sanctuary and a way to honour her mother’s legacy.
- Powerlifting Foundations: While studying Sports Therapy at the University of Gloucestershire, she competed internationally for Team GB under the British Powerlifting Union (BPU). Competing in the 60kg weight class, she set multiple British and world records in the bench press and deadlift, forging the dense foundational mass that would define her bodybuilding style.
- Bodybuilding Transition: Inspired by seeing Dana Linn Bailey win the inaugural Women’s Physique Olympia title, Bradley pivoted completely to bodybuilding. She joined coach Tom Hames of Evolution Training, a partnership she has maintained for years.
