Sara Bradley is a British IFBB Women’s Physique Division Pro and online physique coach. Born in Kent UK, she is widely recognized as one of the top WPD athletes from the UK.

Early Life and Athletic Background

Education: She graduated with a degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire.
Powerlifting: Before bodybuilding, she was a world-class powerlifter representing Team GB. She holds world records in the British Powerlifting Union (BPU) for bench press and deadlift in the under-60kg category.
Motivation: Sara cites Dana Linn Bailey’s 2016 Olympia win as a major inspiration for her career.

Bodybuilding Career

Pro Debut: She earned her IFBB Pro Card in 2021 after winning her class and the overall title at the British Finals.

2022 Legion Sports Festival: Placed 2nd, marking her as the highest-placed UK WPD athlete at the time.
