Sara Bradley is a prominent British IFBB Pro Women’s Physique (WPD) athlete known for her exceptional conditioning, powerful muscle density, and remarkable leg development. Online, she is widely recognized by her social media handle, @smallbutmighty20.
Her career reached an outstanding milestone in May 2026 by winning her first major pro show and securing a spot at the prestigious Ms. Olympia competition.

Athlete Biography & Background

  • Early Life & Inspiration: Born November 1996 in Kent, Bradley grew up heavily involved in competitive athletics, football, and rugby. Her initial spark for bodybuilding was deeply personal: her mother, Deborah, was an amateur bodybuilder. Following her mother’s sudden passing when Sara was just 10 years old, weight training became an emotional sanctuary and a way to honour her mother’s legacy.
  • Powerlifting Foundations: While studying Sports Therapy at the University of Gloucestershire, she competed internationally for Team GB under the British Powerlifting Union (BPU). Competing in the 60kg weight class, she set multiple British and world records in the bench press and deadlift, forging the dense foundational mass that would define her bodybuilding style.
  • Bodybuilding Transition: Inspired by seeing Dana Linn Bailey win the inaugural Women’s Physique Olympia title, Bradley pivoted completely to bodybuilding. She joined coach Tom Hames of Evolution Training, a partnership she has maintained for years.

Path to the IFBB Pro Card

Sara’s rise through the amateur ranks was fast and dominant:
  • 2018 PCA London: Her competitive bodybuilding debut. She won the Trained Figure class and took the Overall Title.
  • 2018 PCA British Finals: Placed 3rd in a highly competitive lineup.
  • The WPD Transition (2019–2020): She took a multi-year hiatus to deliberately pack on the size required for the standard Women’s Physique Division (WPD).
  • 2021 La Familia Classic: Returned to the stage to sweep her class and win the Overall Title.
  • 2021 2BrosPro British Finals: Won her division and the ultimate Overall Title, earning her highly coveted IFBB Pro Card.
