Sarah Bow

Sarah Bow is a Canadian IFBB Pro League Women’s Physique athlete, trainer and coach. She earned professional status by winning at the 2021 CPA Canadian National Pro Qualifier after also placing third at the 2021 NPC North American Championships.

Bow has represented Canada in professional Women’s Physique competition, including appearances at the Toronto Pro Supershow and Chicago Pro. She is listed for both the Women’s Physique Open and Masters 40+ divisions at the 2026 Chicago Pro.
