IFBB PRO Women's Physique
CanadaSheyda Karami is a Canadian competitive bodybuilder who achieved IFBB Pro status in June 2025. She is widely recognized within the Canadian competitive circuit for her extreme versatility, having successfully crossed over into multiple bodybuilding divisions.
🏆 Earning the IFBB Pro Card
Sheyda earned her prestigious IFBB Pro League Card on June 7, 2025, at the CPA Supplement King Toronto Pro Qualifier. Competing under the Canadian Physique Alliance (CPA) / NPC Worldwide banner, she captured the Women’s Physique Masters 40+ Overall title as well as the Women’s Physique Open Class A overall victory, securing her transition to the professional circuit.
Competitive History
Karami’s career is marked by her distinct capability to adapt her physique across different categories ranging from the high-muscle divisions of Women’s Bodybuilding down to the aesthetic presentation required for Bikini and Wellness:
- 2025 (The Pro Breakthrough): Prior to her Pro Card win in June, she dominated the CPA Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic in March, taking 1st place in both the Open and Masters 35+ Women’s Physique classes.
- 2023 (The Cross-Over Year): She showcased incredible range at the NPC Worldwide Invictus Pro Qualifier, placing 2nd in Women’s Wellness, 3rd in Bikini (Masters), and 7th in Open Bikini. Earlier that year, she took 2nd in Women’s Bodybuilding at the CPA Canadian National Pro Qualifier.
- 2022: Won 1st place in Women’s Bodybuilding at both the CPA Toronto Pro Qualifier and the CPA Cobourg Naturals.
- 2021 (Early Physique Career): Marked her initial ascent by winning 1st place in the Women’s Physique Masters 35+ at the CPA President’s Cup
