Tricia Downing is an American IFBB Pro League Women’s Physique athlete, certified personal trainer and competitive powerlifter. She earned professional status by winning Masters Women’s Physique Class C at the 2022 NPC Teen, Collegiate and Masters National Championships.
Downing has since produced strong masters results, including second place at the 2024 Chicago Pro Masters competition and fourth place in the 50+ division at the 2025 IFBB Masters World Championships. She is listed for the Women’s Physique Open, Masters 40+, Masters 45+ and Masters 50+ divisions at the 2026 Chicago Pro.
