USAZoey Panzarino is an IFBB Pro athlete and a science-based fitness coach. Originally a professional in the Bikini division, she transitioned to the Figure division in 2025.
Competitive Career
Division Transition: After competing for years in the Bikini division, Zoey officially debuted as an IFBB Figure Pro on November 15, 2025, after outgrowing her original division due to significant muscle development.
Professional Status: She earned her IFBB Pro card at the NPC Nationals in 2018.
Competition History: Zoey has participated in over 24 shows since starting her bodybuilding journey in 2016. Notable appearances include the 2024 IFBB Florida Pro (15th place Bikini) and the 2024 IFBB Battle of the Bay Pro (6th place Bikini).
Professional Background & Coaching
Current Role: She is a senior coach at Bair Aesthetics, specializing in science-based nutrition and contest prep.
Education & Certifications: She holds a BS in Science for Business Marketing and is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with J3U Level 1 and Female Coaching certifications.
Previous Career: Before coaching, she worked in product development and ingredient formulation for nutraceutical supplements and specialty foods.
Interests: Outside of fitness, she is an avid foodie, traveler, and hiker.
