Spain takes the win in Estoril 🇪🇸🇵🇹
Massive congratulations to IFBB Pro Silvia Quintero Martinez @silvi_bifit on winning the Women’s Physique division at the Mr. Big Evolution Pro 2026 and securing her qualification for the 2026 Olympia.
Just two weeks after a Top 3 finish in Alicante, Silvia returned to Portugal with a visibly sharper, more complete package. The improvement was impossible to ignore, and the judges rewarded it with a huge victory in one of the strongest European WPD lineups of the season.
Second place went to the outstanding Julia Cabarcos @julia_cabarcos. Already qualified for the Olympia after her Empro Classic victory two weeks ago, Julia once again proved why she belongs among Europe’s elite. Another strong performance, another major statement.
Czech legend Lenka Ferenkukova @lenkaferencukova opened her season in third with tremendous size, shape and stage presence. Bring a slightly harder look at the next show and she will be a serious threat for the win.
In fourth, Martyna Pierka @martynapietka_ifbbpro from Poland once again delivered the conditioning she is known for, matching her placing from Alicante and showing remarkable consistency against another brutal lineup.
Congratulations to every athlete who stepped on that Estoril stage. This was Women’s Physique at a seriously high level.
