IFBB PRO Women's Bodybuilding, Women's Physique
FinlandPaula Ranta is a Finnish IFBB Pro League athlete and coach who has competed professionally in Figure, Women’s Physique and Women’s Bodybuilding. She is a multiple Olympia competitor.
Paula won the 2025 Chicago Pro in Women’s Physique and placed ninth at the 2025 Women’s Physique Olympia. In 2026 she won the New York Pro and Pittsburgh Pro in Women’s Physique before moving into Women’s Bodybuilding, placing second at the Chicago Pro and winning the Tampa Pro.
Paula is the first athlete ever to qualify for the Olympia Women’s Physique Division and in the Women’s Bodybuilding Division within the same year.
